    • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, including but not limited to account information, gameplay progress, or chat logs, whether due to malicious activity, system failures, or user negligence.

    • Any issues arising from third-party platforms such as Google, Steam, or analytics tools, including but not limited to errors in authentication, data processing, or their respective privacy practices.

  4. Force Majeure:

    • Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, cyberattacks, or governmental actions, which may impact the availability or performance of the Service.

  5. User Interactions:

    • Inappropriate, harmful, or illegal actions by other users, including in-game communication, harassment, or sharing of harmful content via the chat system.

  6. Assumptions of Risk:

    • By using the Service, you acknowledge that online platforms carry inherent risks, including potential downtime, data loss, or interruptions, and agree to assume full responsibility for these risks.

Aggregate Liability: In no event shall the aggregate liability of Mythfall, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount you have paid us (if applicable) for use of the Service in the past twelve (12) months.
